We offer structured Yoga batches for beginners to intermediate levels, including Asanas, Pranayama, Suryanamaskar, Sukshma Vyayam, Meditation, and Relaxation techniques. Classes also include elements of cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises.

Absolutely! Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to gradually build flexibility, strength, and stamina while ensuring safety. No prior Yoga experience is required.
