After spending 9 years in corporate IT and earning an MBA, he discovered that despite professional success, something essential was missing – inner peace, physical vitality, and spiritual fulfillment.

His journey from complete beginner to certified Yoga Wellness Instructor with 15+ years of experience mirrors what’s possible for every TriSoul member. “I was exactly where our members are now,” Abhijeet shares. “Stressed, tired, and not knowing where to start. TriSoul exists to be that bridge from 0 to 1, then 1 to 2, and beyond.”

Our journey began with a simple realization: traditional yoga studios often intimidate beginners, while fitness centers focus only on the physical.
